Refunds & Replacements Policy

Refunds

If you like to register a flaw, please contact us immediately and no later than 2 days after the delivery. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

We only offer refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Streaking / Banding

  • Ink scratches or spits

  • Damaged in transit

  • Wrong print/flaws

  • Lost in transit


To be eligible for a refund or a replacement, you must return the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only offer refunds or replacements if you met these requirements below:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

  • It must also be in the original packaging. 

  • Note: Gift cards can not be returned. Personalized Artwork is not refundable but only for replacement.

 

Shipping For Returns 

Please contact us at info@senzaprints.com before you send anything back. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Replacements

If you wish to receive a new canvas instead of a refund, please take note that we will be sending you the original size and design that you ordered and so there will be no refunds. 

We will update you with the new tracking id of your canvas replacement as soon as we can.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

Please note: Cancellations are only possible up to 1 hour after purchase. We print up to 25,000 designs per day; hence a cancellation after this time period won't be possible.
